Please Tick. I have read and understand the MBK Dance Studios Terms & Conditions document on policies of the school and I agree to adhere to them. I agree to pay my fees on or before the due date to maintain continuity of my childs' enrolment.

All enrolments incur a once-off $20 administration fee issued on first term invoice.

I agree to photographs and digital images of the child named below being taken and possibly appearing in MBK Dance Studios printed publications or on the school website/facebook/instagram. I understand the images used are for educational and advertising purposes and that the identity of my child will be protected at all times.

About The Studio

MBK Dance Studios was established in 2008. With over 12 years of experience, we are the only Sunshine Coast Dance School that offers classes in both Bli Bli & Yandina.
